Eli Argüello is a Costa Rican visual artist, illustrator and muralist. After finishing her studies in Graphic Design and Fine Arts at the University of Costa Rica, she worked in some creative studios as a graphic designer.
Since 2016, he has been working full-time as a freelance artist on illustration, set design, and mural projects from his studio in the mountains of Naranjo. He collaborates mainly in editorial illustrations, animation and murals. Her style reflects the connection between tropical nature and modernity, a universe full of strong women, textures, contrasts and stories. His work has been exhibited in countries such as Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, USA and Nicaragua. He has collaborated for brands such as Google, Visa, UNDP, IDB, Dunn Edwards Paints, Mar Viva, Hivos, Mondelez International, Wework, Selina, Wyndham, Alliance Française, National Theater of Costa Rica, among others.
It is currently available for freelance projects, commissions or collaborations.
